Power Control Centre(PCC)Panel
Power Control Centre is used for distribution and control of various power source used in industry. Normally Power Control Centers is installed near power source hence fault level is high. Busbar system in Power Control Centers are designed to suit the fault level as well as temperature rise to 40°c above ambient. Ample space is provided for cable termination. Various protections viz short circuit, overload, earth fault, under voltage etc are provided to protect source and equipment.
Motor Control Centre(MCC) Panel
A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally containing motor control units. Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building.
Energy Metering Panel/Cubicle
We manufacture a wide range of Energy Metering Cubicles ranging from Low Voltage 415V to 33,000 Volts level. These energy metering cubicles are designed tamper proof and can be accessed for the necessary data with the help of Rs-485 communication port and/or wirelessly with the help of a GPRS modem.
We also design and manufacture prepaid energy metering system for multi-apartment buildings and commercial buildings where there is a one point metering system and the landlord needs to sell the energy further to its tenants. These prepaid energy metering systems can optionally be designed for dual metering i.e. energy will be separately measured and billed for Generator & Supply Mains with different tariffs for both supplies
Automatic Power Factor Correction(APFC) Panel
With the introduction of new energy metering policy by almost all the electric supply providers in India including J&K PDD it has become mandatory to put in place the Power Factor Correction System. Electric supply providers not only bill in KVAH but also impose penalty in the absence of Power Factor Correction Device. Auto Mains Failure(AMF) Panel
Auto Mains Failure(AMF) is a system whereby a backup supply is put on and connected to the load in the event of failure/absence of mains electric supply. Two switching devices (contactors or motorized circuit breakers) are connected to a common load bus. The switching devices are electrically interlocked so that only one is operational at a time. Both switching devices are controlled by a controller. This controlling operation is carried out sequentially i.e. one switching device is opened first then closing command is fed to the other switching device. Besides switching the supplies sequentially generator is also put “ON” in the event of supply mains failure. The AMF panel is also equipped with protections to ensure the safe operation of the Generator. These protections include “Low Lube Oil Pressure(LLOP)”, High Engine Temperature(HWT)”, “Low Fuel” etc.
Crane/Hoist Control Panel
Crane Control Panel is used to control various motions of an overhead electrical hoist. Besides controling motion of the crane these panels are also equipped with necessary fault protection system which prevents any possible damage to the electrical motors of the hoist.
